Coles End of Trips Facility | Hawthorn

Born out of an intensified focus on Sustainability, this project required the removal of 10 car parks to make room for the new EOT facilities in the hope that staff would choose greener modes of transport. With the project being situated in a live basement car park, clear methodologies were critical to success. Structural and hydraulic engineering was used to navigate clashes with an existing sewer pit in order to keep the facility in the desired location. Once services were out of the ground, the project was smooth sailing with great collaboration from all trades. The finishing touches included feature coloured tiles for male and female areas, matt black fixtures & hand painted murals throughout the bike storage zones.
