SBP Group partnered with Varsity to undertake a collaborative project in Morley. In just 24 weeks, we transformed the location into a captivating space for the hospitality industry. Highlights include a new full commercial kitchen and coolrooms with epoxy floors, ensuring functionality and hygiene. Adding a feature alfresco and dining area, stylish in-house amenities and a striking sports bar with light-up back bar display shelves create a sophisticated ambience. Feature lighting throughout the space further enhances its allure. Outdoor enhancements include a custom playground, sandpit, and a new outdoor dining area with Summerstone Fines. This 800m2 project is located at 33 Rudloc Rd, Morley, WA 6062, resulting in a dynamic and captivating venue that fulfils the needs of the industry and delights visitors.
