Bernard Wearden
Director & Founder
Heading SBP’s quality systems, governance, and business development Australia-wide, Bernard has experience streamlining commercial and industrial construction fit-out solutions nationwide. Bernard is across all facets of the business, bringing professionalism, technical understanding and high-calibre leadership to any challenge SBP Group faces.
Drawing on 13 years of building industry experience, Bernard leads the development of local relationships, sourcing of local partnerships, and contract acquisition. His opportunistic nature and drive to innovate have led him to attain and manage an extensive portfolio of projects throughout metropolitan and regional Australia, working in an array of sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, retail, corporate, and government.
Known for his reliable and hands-on, practical knowledge, Bernard understands that people underpin every solution SBP Group delivers. Bernard can foresee and raise issues or potential risks with clients before the commencement of work, believing that transparency and honesty are key to winning projects on a relationship basis and overall SBP Group success. Bernard’s goal for the Company is simple: achieve and maintain ongoing, repeat business across large-scale projects throughout Australia.
