Flex by ISPT | Melbourne

Flex by ISPT who provide communal working spaces for hire wanted to add to their existing office by providing their clients with a 300m2 outdoor terrace and BBQ area. SBP Group was excited to take on the works on the level 5 roof top terrace with the morning sunrises and beautiful views of the city. Working on upper levels always poses challenges. This entire project was restricted to one crane lift meaning correct quantities were imperative. The project required over 5 tonne of materials including; spotted gum decking and cladding as well as the reliable Buzon pedestal sub floor system.
