Varsity | Whitfords

SBP Group delivered Varsity Whitfords as a multi-discipline hospitality and entertainment build. The scope covered a full bowling alley installation, an arcade fitout, a 35-metre bar, and a commercial kitchen built for high-capacity service. Construction included new amenities, exposed concrete flooring, and integrated landscaping with planter beds. Indoor and outdoor big screens were incorporated into the structure to support live events and crowd flow. The project brings together complex services, entertainment infrastructure, and detailed finishing to create a venue that performs under pressure and stays welcoming to guests.
